Great hotel near the center of Reims. Breakfast was good, room was oké, barhroom very small. Downside was parking, tou had to park in a street nearby. Luckily we forums a spot at 100 meter from hotel. You only can pay for max 5,5 hours

Hôtel irréprochable. Mais la réservation via : hôtel.com très décevant Le montant de la réservation a été débité,et à l’hôtel j’ai repayer le séjour. Et pour se faire rembourser ,une galère avec une perte de plus de 20 euro

Week-end anniversaire de mariage à Reims

Accueil impeccable ; Choix petit-déjeuner correct pour un 2* ; Forfait parking en partenariat avec Effia Gare de Reims très appréciable ; A moins de 15mn du Centre ville. La ville est magnifiquement décorée et illuminée pour les fêtes de fin d'année. Spectacle son et lumière magnifique sur la Cathédrale. Il y a de très bons restaurants avec des produits régionaux souvent cuisinés maison mais la gamme de prix est plutôt élevée voire très haut de gamme. Difficile de trouver une restauration à des prix raisonnables. En négatif, à l'hôtel, la douche fuyait : pas de joint entre la pomme de douche et le tuyau ; support de douche mi-hauteur positionné sur le mauvais mur car pas de panneau de douche fermant intégralement, donc espace sanitaire trempé ; interrogation sur la bonne application de la norme sécurité de cette installation car le robinet est à l'opposé du support mi-hauteur de douche : on est "coincé" entre le mur du fond et le tuyau avec le diffuseur de gel à l'autre bout de l'espace douche. Donc installation peu logique voire dangereuse. Couette de lit trop petite pour 2 personnes : apparait bordé quand on entre dans la chambre mais de l'autre côté du lit, la couette est juste au bord du matelas. Il a fallu refaire le lit pour répartir la couette qui n'avait d'ailleurs quasiment pas de retombée. Couette très chaude par ailleurs. Des photos de ces petits soucis ont été prises. Plus subjectif : matelas beaucoup trop ferme, limite pas confortable.
