"Very amazing experience staying next to a stadium. Our room overlooking the hills and our breakfast is beside the stadium which you can access in. Staff is excellent, the onsen is excellent, the room is amazing and the kids loved it so much. My kids are still talking about it ♥️. Thank you very much. "Nicely decorated and spacious accommodation. A few issues. 1) They had to be nudged to send me the check-in instruction. 2) The windows have no views as they are placed right in front of the neighbors’ walls. 3) The AC in the den was not working. Out of the 3, I take 1) very seriously. When I called them for the check-in instruction, they didn’t know why it happened nor they seemed to care why it happened. "Beautiful designed modern 5 star. Rooms are spacious quiet with decent closet space and very nice bathroom with separate shower/tub and toilet. Our room had a nice view of the hillside and bridge. Short walk to Nagasaki station. Excellent breakfast buffet. All staff were warm and helpful eager to answer our questions. Megumi in particular made us feel welcomed. "
