In winter, the skiing fun begins almost at the door – the nearest slope is nearby, and at certain times of the day, a shuttle conveniently takes guests there. In summer, hiking trails and clear mountain air await directly behind the house. While nature calls outside – for hiking in the summer, skiing right from the door in the winter – a cozy oasis of retreat awaits inside, complete with a private sauna and panoramic views. The private hot tub on the terrace is also particularly popular and promises relaxing hours in any season. Those looking to unwind after an active day will find the perfect place to relax. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 8:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
