We stayed off season as that is the only time to get contractors in this beach town. It even snowed! The realtor and owner were both wonderful and so accommodating. We loved the place in winter. I know summer would be fabulous with a lovely porch and nice deck. We ate at Egg (directly in front of the cottage) more than once and that did not disappoint. Super find!"
