The first-floor also offers a serene sea-shell themed bedroom with a queen sized bed and an en-suite bath. This bedroom also has a private, covered patio from which to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. The second floor features a large and airy open floor plan incorporating the living and dining areas and kitchen. The sectional sofa, chairs and dining table are perfect for watching your favorite shows on the smart TV or enjoying games and cards with the family. Off the living area, you find a lovely screened porch with comfortable furniture from which you can hunker down with a good book or enjoy a cold beverage, coffee or conversation at any time of day or night. The chef in the group will enjoy whipping up a gourmet meal in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless appliances, granite countertops and an island for prep work or serving a buffet dinner.
