Enjoy your stay in this lovely cottage in the beautiful "Pines", which is one of Rehoboth's most historic neighborhoods nestled between Henlopen Acres and Lake Gerar. A fantastic location, as the 4th home on the Ocean Block and just minutes to the beach. Away from the crowds, yet very close to downtown restaurants, shops, as well as the historic Art League and Cape Henlopen State Park. Only four streets from the north end of the boardwalk. Great NEW upgrades include a wonderful Split A/C and Heat System and a beautifully renovated high end bathroom. The large screened porch looks out to the back yard full of gorgeous hydrangea in the summer and is peaceful and private. This adorable one bedroom, one bath cottage sleeps three people and is considered "home away from home" for many long time tenants. This cottage is a perfect opportunity for guests to enjoy the best Rehoboth has to offer. No off-street parking, so the owner will supply one Rehoboth Beach Parking Permit with rental for non-metered street parking areas. Smart TV and Wireless Internet available. Dogs are considered with required pet fee, in the off-seasons only. (No cats please.) Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Owner provides a Keurig and a drip coffeemaker, freshly laundered bedding quilts, blankets and bathroom rug for each reservation. Paper products are included (paper towels, napkins, bathroom tissue). Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

So Charming!

We had a great stay and a relaxing week. We could stroll down to the beach without worrying about having to get there early as its so close. The owners are amazing and so helpful; we'll definitely be back!

Perfect guest cottage

We absolutely loved our stay at 9 Park. The cottage was well stocked and clean . The location is great. The owners even left us some goodies to enjoy. We’ll be back !!!

Great hidden gem

Traditional beach cottage style decor inside. Very clean and a beautiful screened in porch with fans. The plus is the beautifully renovated bathroom which was a lovely touch. They owners of the home definitely take pride in their rental. A lovely welcome basket was provided too.

Sweet little cottage in an unbeatable location

We stayed here for a mini vacation (Thursday afternoon to Sunday) and it was a perfect choice. A quaint, 1930's traditional Rehoboth cottage in The Pines. The cottage is well appointed with everything you might need for a short stay. We typically cook the first night and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom seems to have been recently renovated and the shower was great with plenty of hot water. The path to the ocean is just a 1/2 block away and you can easily walk downtown to visit shops and restaurants. We'll stay here again.

Perfect getaway location

So sweet and vintage. Perfect location. Newly remodeled bathroom. Well stocked kitchen but I refused to cook one meal, what the heck, I'm on vacation! Owner was helpful and easily available.

Cottage by the beach

The cottage was lovely. Neat and clean with enough supplies to make our stay wonderful. Loved the little basket of goodies that were waiting! The screened porch was such a bonus - we ate, worked (unfortunately), napped and enjoyed the peace and extra space. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was fabulous. My husband loved the rain showerhead. Kitchen is a bit dated BUT had everything you needed to make a meal. Well appointed. The closeness to the beach was a huge bonus - short stroll with a good sized beach and life guards. The parking pass was included as well. Would love to go back again! Thank you!

Great location

Well stocked kitchen. Even thought it was small it had everything you could/would need. Screened porch was great! Location was great! Only issue is on of the new Mini Split AC units was not working ...a few minutes after we turned it on, it began leaking water all over the floor. Called Rental company and they said owner was aware and to use window units.....Someone would call us to come and fix it during our stay. No one called so we had to use the noisy window units the whole time and the living room was not that cool during our stay.
