We’re there for a family wedding. Except for the weather, everything was wonderful.

Great weekend rental for Easter weekend. Perfect location, walkable to restaurants and beach. Cape Henlopen State Park is an easy 20 minute drive. Rental is updated/remodeled, clean, spacious, well lit and the kitchen is well equipped. Clean and comfortable beds, nice hot shower. Fully satisfaction, strong recommend.

Mike provides a home away from home. The house was updated, very comfortable and spacious for 6 adults. The Sonos sound system was a nice bonus. In addition, the kitchen is well stocked. Location was perfect for us. We didn’t mind walking the 4 blocks, but it might be difficult with younger or older visitors. The option to drive to the beach is also viable solution, however it is metered parking after 10 AM. This place is worth a repeat visit. Thanks for your hospitality.

The place was quiet and perfectly located. Easy to drive and walk from. Had easily accessible parking, and had great stock of games, towels, and kitchen gear. We would return. Everything was very comfortable and clean.

We loved staying here. We stayed here in 2019 and had planned to stay in 2020, but were forced to cancel. This year we were only able to stay for a couple of days, but it felt like we were coming home. Our group loved the convenience to the Boardwalk and beach as well as all the fine restaurants we could walk to. We will definitely consider this for next year, but we found that it was difficult to move mid week to another place, so will need to have a full week, if we stay again next year. Thanks for letting us share your home. Best, Sue Stein and family

February getaway with my wife and 17-year-old son to go birding in Prime Hook, Cape Henlopen, Indian River Inlet. Just a block off the main drag and around the corner from the DFH/Chesapeake & Maine complex. Comfortable and cozy living room/dining room combo. Screened-in porch with many games but a bit too chilly that weekend to make best use of it. Well appointed and attractive kitchen but I couldn't get the overhead lighting as bright as I'd have liked. Comfy bedrooms with nice linens and mattresses. Well appointed bathrooms with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel dispensers. Charging stations in living area and each bedroom are a thoughtful touch. Parking spaces are more than adequate.; only downside was that the walkway to the entrance sloped downward and flooded quickly during a heavy rain. As long as there are no downpours it's all good. Mike is a very responsive and pleasant property owner and was quick to reply to any messages we sent. All in all a great place in the heart of Rehoboth and we'll be renting from Mike again in April. Thanks Mike!

We absolutely love this rental! There’s a lot to rave about!!! The best part is the location- you can park your car and forget it! Easy walking distance to TONS of restaurants, shops, and the beach! Yet still on a quiet street though so you can enjoy restful sleep. The house itself is top-end. Comfortable and nice- from the beds, great bathrooms, living room, and a very handy first floor washer and dryer. Even on rainy days, you have plenty to do, our favorite thing was to enjoy a meal in the beautifully appointed kitchen/dining room and then curl up for a movie. Mike, the host, was super responsive and we had all the information we needed before we checked in. This is becoming our favorite family tradition! We will absolutely be back!

The unit is warm and feels cozy, but big enough to enjoy the space and even hide away if you need to. The location is incredible. You can walk everywhere and never have to worry about the beach traffic.

We found this little gem for an off-season visit and absolutely LOVED it! The house was very comfortable, extremely clean, and well stocked beyond what I often find in vacation rentals. The beds were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Great living room area, and the board games they had were a nice addition. We were in the middle of town, so even with the colder temps we were just able to walk everywhere. The stroll to the boardwalk was quick and easy down Rehoboth Avenue, and having everything nearly at our fingertips made for an easy and enjoyable stay. Definitely will try and reserve again for the summer!

Our overall experience in the house was great from the time we got there until we left. I don't have much more or different to add from the other reviews that I read before we rented the house. But even after reading the reviews, we all were pleasantly surprised by the overall niceness. Maybe surprised is not really the right word. Exceeded expectations may be more appropriate. For three adults and two children we had more than enough space. Every room is clean. Beds are comfortable. Overall feel is airy and beachy. Kitchen is nice. Location is great. Starbucks and Grubs grocery is right around corner. The house is walking distance to the beach. Walked several times, but still a bit too far to walk loaded with beach stuff, so we mostly drove. On the very small recommendation side, I could have used an instruction guide to adjust temperature a bit, but my SO was able to figure it out. Also, the hand can opener was a bit odd. I might consider bringing my own the next time I stay here. I plan to return. Like I started, great house and a great week.

We thought the house was nice, a little smaller than it looked in the pictures. We were a little bit disappointed that the small bedroom upstairs didn't have a television in it as was shown in the pictures. Also, the master shower was way too small. Other than that, the house was lovely and in a great location.

The property was just as described and very clean and well maintained as well as quite comfortable. The owner got back to us with answers to questions we had before our visit. We would recommend this property to others and would stay there again ourselves. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. We visited the Pig and Fish restaurant for dinner and enjoyed that very much. Our teens enjoyed being able to walk everywhere and so did my husband, brother and I. We enjoyed bike riding in neighborhoods, on the boardwalk and on a bike trail to Cape Henlopen State Park. We walked to Henlopen Acres nearby and enjoyed the Art League. Grub Grocery around the corner was handy and the owners friendly.

This home was the perfect place for us... good sized rooms and selection of bed sizes, nice wood floors in the living area, a large kitchen, and, for the colder weather, a fantastic fireplace too. We LOVED the location, just a few blocks to some of Rehoboth's best restaurants and entertainment venues, and an easy 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

This is a great house for a get-away weekend during the off-season or for a weekend (or longer stay) during the summer. The house has three bedrooms, but it feels even larger than that - with a huge living area and an extra sunroom that can be used as an additional bedroom or as more living space - an extra media room or a great place for board games or a play area for kids. We were literally a 3-minute walk (we timed it) to all the shops, restaurants and bars on Rehoboth Avenue (or to Aqua and Blue Moon). And, the house is close to the beach and boardwalk. The location can't be beat. The house was also clean, and the owner was very easy to rent from. Overall, the house was great. We plan to stay there again soon. It's the perfect set up for families or groups of friends. And, it's also great for relaxing weekends or fun times at the beach.

We spent the holidays at Rehoboth Beach -- a family of 6 from Nazareth, Pennsylvania. The condo was spotless, and we had plenty of room to spread out around the house. Although we cooked most of our meals at the house, we were within walking distance to all the restaurants and the boardwalk. We are an avid cycling family. We had several great rides to Cape Henlopen State Park, and we enjoyed a day trip to Assateague Island National Seashore to see the wild ponies. We definitely plan to return this summer to take in the beach!

This is a great beach rental that I look forward to renting again in the future. The location is convenient to Rehoboth Ave, the beach, shops, dining, and bars.
