THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable if you cancel your reservation. The washer and dryer are shared, and linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package for guests. This condo rents from Saturday to Saturday in the prime summer months. No pets and no smoking! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the "Damage Waiver"). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
