Charming 3-bedroom townhome with community amenities in Rehoboth Beach

This three bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse in Rehoboth Beach has a warm cozy feel and is comfortable year round with central air and heating. Perfect for 1-2 families! First floor has an open concept floor plan great for gathering and conversations. Bar stool island seating for four. Kitchen fully equipped with a stocked coffee and tea bar. Supplies are not always guaranteed. A large dining room table with eight chairs. Great conversational seating with two couches and two reading wing back chairs overlooking the TV above the fireplace mantle. A large cabinet is full of both indoor and outdoor games and puzzles. Guests can relax in the attached sun room with beautiful wicker furniture or on the back patio overlooking a koi pond and lush gardens. Three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master has a king bed with a top of the line Dream cloud mattress. Walk in closet. Master bathroom with shower and tub duo. Second bedroom has a queen Dream cloud mattress and walk in closet. Third bedroom has two twin beds, a trundle twin mattress, a large closet, and an Xbox gaming console with games. There is a full bath with shower in the main hallway centered around all the bedrooms. Sun room on the main floor has a full sofa sleeper. Property also includes a pack and play and an air mattress. All blankets and pillows new and included. Guests provide their own sheets and towels.

Home is fully furnished, clean, and very organized. All kitchen items in excellent condition and furniture is new. All bedrooms and living spaces have smart TVs. WiFi included.
We also provide games and beach supplies. 8 beach chairs, 3 body boards, a skim board, umbrella, sand toys, a beach cart, 3 tennis rackets, and 4 pickleball paddles. We also provide access to our 4 brand new beach cruiser bicycles and locks.
Enjoy our community amenities which boasts three pools, tennis and pickleball courts.
We also provide our special guests with a beach parking pass! If you’ve been to rehoboth, you know how wonderful a beach parking pass is!
Our place will help you feel at home while you're vacationing in Rehoboth Beach and we would be delighted to have you stay with us.

4. Be sure there is no dirty or wet laundry 5. Take all trash/recyclables to the bins 6. Lights off, windows closed, door locked 7. Write us a review and stay with us again!
IMPORTANT: Be sure PARKING PASS and POOL FOBS are hung back for the next guests. Failure to return will result in a fee of $375 for parking pass and $150 per pool fob.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
