The staff was incredibly friendly but the rooms were so dirty! I stayed there twice, the first time they had to change my room 4 times due to the tv not working twice and the third time the room smelt so bad of body odor. The Breakers Hotel & Suites
It's off season, the staff was friendly and accommodating. No issue with parking because I do not think there were too many guests (mid-week, off season). The room was very comfortable, and clean. We stay here often. Very close to "downtown", and two blocks off boardwalk/beach.
