"The hygienic conditions were horrible, the toilets near the bars and restaurants were very dirty, a bad smell came out of the toilet in the room. The restaurant with buffet was dirty in the area of fries, with food thrown on the counter. Food in general was not good, but the cakes and pastries were excellent."

"L'appartamento era ben locato, in quanto consentiva di esplorare la città vecchia ma allo stesso tempo non era lontano dalla città nuova dove avevamo parcheggiato l'auto. L'annuncio era leggermente fuorviante, in quanto il terrazzino che si vede nelle foto si trova in un'altra proprietà, al piano superiore,ove un'altra coppia ero ospitata. "Die Vermieterin ist erst gar nicht erschienen. Aber Geld für die Wohnung wurde mir abgebucht. Wir standen um 17.00 Uhr in der Anlage und hatten, obwohl bezahlt und bestätigt, keine Unterkunft. Dies war mit erheblichem Ärger und zusätzlichen Kosten verbunden. Kontakte mit der Hotline von fewo waren ebenfalls sehr unerfreulich. Nur gebrochen deutsch sprechende unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Keinerlei Kommunikation möglich. Auf die Rückerstattung des Geldes warte ich immer noch. Ich werde da nie wieder...
