It was the perfect respite from our day travels of exploring towns, museums, sites around Provence the nine days we stayed…then having beautiful quiet evenings in the apartment looking out towards the sea and the green hills, quaffing rosé, noshing on bread and cheese and fruit every evening. We had friends come visit and stay with us a few days too. It was pretty perfect and we definitely recommend it."

"Short walks into the old town and to the Matisse chapel. Parking was easy. I had a good meal across the street but I could have tried any of a dozen reputable restaurants within a mile. The double room had a great view and private bath. No tv or radio but wi-fi was strong. "

"This hotel is beautiful; however, the staff ruined the stay for us. I’m not sure if it were due to the color of our skin or they were just unhappy to have us but we felt uncomfortable being there. It is disappointing because I had stayed before and was raving about the beautiful hotel to my family and brought my parents and 3 other families with me but ended up being a disappointment. The restaurant staff were lovely but the management and front staff were not friendly. "

"We had a large family group with 9 older kids - this house was great for us - the pool and pool side was really perfect for us and the large outdoor table for dining and large living room was ideal. The bedrooms on the main and upper level were simple, but perfect. Most bedrooms had AC which was a nice touch for the super hot nights. The only downside basement bedroom smelled a little damp and moldy - we had our older kids sleeping here - but I would not want to have had young children sleeping there. Lise was great and answered any questions we had and was always very quick to respond. I would love go back! :-) "
