"Watching the sunrise was my favorite thing about this property. Incredible views! We traveled through France for a couple of weeks by car and stayed several places. Hands down the BEST shower! Lots of room and Penny is the sweetest. She gave us great ideas for site seeing. If you like pets she has 2 friendly cats, Minnie and Vintie. We found it easy to park the car in the garage. Wish the weather would have permitted using the pool but it was too cold. I highly recommend this property if you are visiting the south of France! "

"Apparently guests all say this is a special place where a sense of wellbeing hits you upon arrival certainly that was our experience. Spacious, luxurious yet homely and inspiring - particularly the spectacular view. Great for activities, outdoor dining and fireside games. Drop down to Valbonne, Grasse and Cannes and a wide choice of super restaurants - or entertain in the Villa - or just chill in the yoga garden. Recommended!! Robert. "

"Short walks into the old town and to the Matisse chapel. Parking was easy. I had a good meal across the street but I could have tried any of a dozen reputable restaurants within a mile. The double room had a great view and private bath. No tv or radio but wi-fi was strong. "

"This is a gem of an apartment and we feel very lucky to have found it. Liz and Quentin are wonderful hosts, they gave us a warm welcome and made our stay extremely comfortable. The amenities are excellent, the apartment had everything we needed for a wonderful stay, the heated pool was a huge hit with our children and having use of the garden terrace and bbq was a real bonus. The area has magnificent scenery and the views from the apartment are really impressive. Gatierres is very pretty and only a short walk away. The location meant we could easily explore a number of beautiful and interesting places including Nice, Vence, Tourrettes, Antibes, Cannes and Monaco. I would defintely recommend to anyone. "We had a lovely week, the villa has everything you need. The pool area is nice and large and there’s another separate space to eat outside. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming and quick to respond. The town is small but has a nice bakery and shops nearby. Thank you! "

" We had a great time in the villa. The kids loved the pool and the surrounding views were amazing. Markus, the property manager was very approachable and helpful as he made our check-in and check-out so smooth. Our only negative was that the road access to the villa was very narrow and steep. "
