"Our basement room was super modern but quite small. Although large enough for us. The rooftop terrace and restaurant were 1st class. Breakfast was served there and all the staff were fun and helpful. Great location with easy access to the Lungomare and shopping and sights (Riace Bronzes)."

"Your site had not sent through the booking according to the hotel. There was considerable confusion at check in. We could not have managed this situation without speaking Italian. The staff were very calm trying to sort this out. We had your confirmation email but as it was in English it needed a lot of explaining. We were given a grand room to compensate but it only had a double bed and as we weren’t a couple traveling this wasn’t suitable. So we were given a second room at no cost. The rooms...

"La struttura è carina ma è mal gestita. Nonostante nella prenotazione avessimo le pulizie giornaliere su 4 giorni la camera ci è stata pulita un solo giorno alle 19.00 dopo mia richiesta. Era compresa la Colazione ma per 2 giorni non l'abbiamo avuta perché era finito tutto nella sala colazione e nessuno ha provveduto ne a pulirla ne ha rifornirla nonostante avessimo avvisato. Tutto sempre al telefono poiché in struttura non c'è nessuno! "
