"Room was clean and comfortable. One issue- the room is meant for two people, but there is only one single chair by the table and there is absolutely no other place for a second person to sit. We asked the attendant for a second chair, but he said it's not allowed and there is no room for it - which is not true. Some rooms have 2 chairs, but others don't - you book double room and don't know what you get. It's a very small change that would make a big difference."

"It appears the facility may be restoring the building. But there were gross stains on the “couch” in our room. The walls were all banged up and looked gross and I was afraid of what might get on me in the bed. We were in the 3rd floor and maybe they haven’t worked on that floor yet. The floorboards were gone and the wallpaper was tearing. I would not stay there again if other options were available."

"This was the most nasty hotel that I ever stayed in. The tub filled up with water while I showered. The toilet broke, and they didn’t have no iron or ironing board for me to iron my clothes. Also, they had a phone in my room that didn’t work and I had to use my cell phone to reach the front desk. I only stayed one night and had to book a different hotel because I was disgusted and to top it off, the staff were very rude, hung up the phone when I requested a refund for the remainder of the 2 nights. Do NOT BOOK WITH THIS NASTY HOTEL AND STAFF. They are from a different country and think that they can come to our country and be disrespectful towards us. False advertisement because the room looked nothing like the photo on the website. I have a video but it will not allow me to upload it."

"we were denied a room at check-in b/c of "overbooking" when our reservation was months old and had passed the cancel-by date, so we assumed the room would be waiting for us. The staff said that the overbooking happened "just a few moments" before we arrived which makes no sense since our reservation was made and confirmed and paid for. The staff handled getting us put up at a nearby hotel (actually a better one) and covered the cost, so the situation was handled well, but I am highly unlikely to stay at Hilton properties in the future if it's possible or likely that my reservation will simply not matter upon arrival at the hotel."

"This is by far one of the worst hotels we have stayed at. The exterior and lobby area were good, but once we got to our floor, things got bad. The carpet in the hallway was peeling up in multiple areas, looked like it had been pieced together from several remnants, and had stains throughout the entire length of the hallway. The room itself was the same or worse. Carpets were stained, beds were uncomfortable, furniture, worn, and a chair was so badly stained with some unknown substance that I would not sit on it without a towel covering the chair. We could have had a cleaner room for much less money at a cheaper chain hotel. Upon checking in and discovering the condition of our room, we requested a change, but they said they were booked solid and nothing was available. When we asked to speak to a manager, they said there was none on duty. Staff was not helpful and was not concerned about our complaints. When checking out we raise the issues again to a different staff member. They said they would give us $100 discount on our stay, but that has not happened. We also attempted to have dinner at one of the restaurants on site, but the hostess never acknowledged us the entire time we were standing there waiting. Bottom line, this is one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had."
