"We actually ended up having to extend our stay due to hospitalization of a family member and the hotel accommodated without issue. I normally only care about a bed to sleep in but we ended up staying in our room quite a bit. It’s very quiet around here even being close to 285, you barely hear the traffic! I never heard neighbors tv or conversations in our room (even though I heard talking walking in the hall)! The staff has been polite and helpful! The breakfast is pretty good (real eggs) with a decent variety!"

"We booked the Spark on the way into town for a wedding. The location was great for the wedding in Evergreen. It was close enough for going out afterwards and far enough to be quiet for restful sleeping. The staff was helpful and friendly. "

"This is an economy property, I was a bit surprised at the lack of anything to support the kitchen that comes with the room. If you've stayed here before, then you won't be disappointed. If you're expecting cookware, plates, silverware, apparently you have to buy a dish pack for these items. The check-in was flawless and quick. The receptionist was friendly and very informative. Property is in very good shape, walls a bit thin so hoping that there won't be noise to interrupt sleep."

"My daughter was getting engaged with a lot of family coming from out of town. We needed a large space to accommodate the party and sleep my family and spouses. ( I have 5 children). House was perfect for the event."
