BEDROOMS:The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds, pillows and blankets. The beds all have 100% cotton linens with 100% cotton comforter with cotton duvet. The Master Suite upstairs is equipped with a full bathroom, coffee & tea bar as well as a trundle bed with two twins and plenty of space.

BATHROOMS: 100% cotton towels are provided as well.

FLOORS: Hardwood floors throughout the house except in one room upstairs.

AIR CONDITIONING / HEAT: Central A/C and heat along with two split units for extra comfort; one upstairs in the Master Bedroom and one in the kitchen. NOTE: Please do not use the wood-burning fireplace.

ENTERTAINMENT: Board games and books are provided for your enjoyment. There is also cable tv on two smart TVs with apps for you to use with your own login credentials.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking ware, plates, utensils, baking sheets, bowls, casserole dishes, an Instant Pot, and large pots for steaming crabs.

Guests may also use the bicycles in the shed, and the extra space in the garage for storage during their stay.

Guest access
Parking is off street on the big gravel driveway. There is plenty of room for your boat or even two boats. You can walk or bike around the neighborhood and down to the ferry on the Little Wicomico River. A car is necessary to explore all that the Northern Neck of Virginia has to offer!
