"It was very small. Bathroom shower was slippery and unsafe. Property was very neat, clean, well-stocked, and check-n was easy. HVAC system was wonderful. We could not walk down to the dock due to having knee replacement surgery and no handrails. Very little to no shade from the sun even on the back porch."

"I took my family of four to the Kozy Kottage for the long holiday weekend. It was the best getaway for our family, and our children enjoyed the private beach area. The owner has thought of everything to make this a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The amenities, little touches of hospitality (i.e. smore kit, beach chairs, towels, outdoor games, etc) was much appreciated. We will certainly return in the future. "
