"Excellent location. Booked it because I was participating in the Brisbane Marathon, which happened to start right in front of the property. Check in and check out were a breeze. Apartment was very clean, amenities were excellent, appreciate the clean utensils, fridge, washer and dryer. Only 2 minor inconveniences - sometimes - can be difficult to find a parking lot (I had a rented car) and on Saturday night, there was loud thumping noise coming from neighbouring apartment for more than an hour."

"Close to the centre of the city and easy access to river etc. Spacious room but decor is a little tired and carpet could be cleaner."

"Overall a nice stay with meriton once again. Staff are friendly and easy to check in and out. There are limited food options nearby and you do need to walk 15 mins or so towards cbd. In general brisbane is pretty quiet at night time in the city. Will stay here again for my yearly business trip."

"Location was perfect. Walkable to city, exhibition centre and other restaurants. Quiet and pleasant. Apartment was clean and tidy. They only provided 2 towels despite having 3 guests listed. However, they quickly provided extra ones when requested. Reception is usually closed (at least during the weekend) but staff was nice and welcoming. It did not have house keeping services which was a little disappointing. I did see it on Monday when checking out, so maybe it's only avaialble during...

"Very slightly run down, but clean, with comfortable bed and fresh linen. Not much around, but a short stroll to Bowen Hills train station, then one stop to Fortitude Valley or three stops to Central. Great views over the city from the balcony. Would definately stay again"

"The aoartment had great views and was nice and clean. The lifts are fast so youre not waiting too long. A TV in the bedroom would be nice. The kitchen utensils are ok but lacks such items as cooking scissors. But generally its a great place to stay. I parking on site is available at an additional $25 per night, the parking spaces are really tight so if you have a wide car its a struggle getting out and theres always the chance your car could get dented buy a irresponsible person opening their...

"Brand new apartment in gated community- lots of helpful communication from property managers. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Some construction but we were not disturbed by this at the time we stayed here. Could be an issue as properties on the street are all close together and there is some echoing up to the top floors. "
