"This property was perfect for our family! Steps from the beach. We will definitely be coming back. A hidden gem, Albas Pizza, is steps away if you wanted to have a quiet dinner at home which is what we did one night. It was amazing to have laundry there to do some quick loads during our stay. Having an umbrella and chairs was amazing. We felt like locals and we loved that! "

We did keep hitting our heads on the ceiling because of the slant. "This little gem tucked away behind palms is a great option to overpriced hotel rooms. The pool was immaculate along with the rooms. We are definitely coming back. Management was on point with correspondence when communicating with them. 10 out of 10"

"Everything was ready for a great vacation! The property was super clean and super cute. Loved the close proximity to the beach and the off the street parking. We really appreciated the new beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. So thoughtful for those of us who arrive via the airport. Within walking distance to great restaurants (definitely try Crabby's Hideaway) and on the quiet end of the beach away from hotels and stores. I highly recommend this property and can't wait to go back!"

"We really enjoyed this property! It was like being in a tropical garden. We stayed in the Mermaid Cottage for our 30th anniversary. Very convenient to downtown Dunedin and Honeymoon Island & Caladesi State Parks. Several good restaurants and breweries close by. Owners live on site and were very friendly."

"Terrific location and a unique experience. The first thing you will notice are the views of the Gulf from your living room and kitchen. It is just outside your door. And the warm water and white sand beaches are right in front of you. The unit is clean and has everything you need for a beach getaway (comfy bed, full kitchen, drive up carport right outside). Great communication with owner and easy checkin. Neighbors were close by but quiet and seemed friendly."

"When we arrived at the property I was given earlier the door combo so we were able to get in. It was very clean and inviting as you walked thru the door. The Kitchen was a gallery and a bit small but very nice and well equipped. We were impressed as a basket of snacks and some waters were on the counter for our use. We were never given snacks and it gave us a good feeling that our hostess cares and is very thoughtful. The area was quiet but we couldn't get much to watch on the TV."

"We were very impressed with this cute 3 bedroom 2 bath updated cottage! Loved having the backyard outdoor space with patio table and grill and our own laundry area was very convenient! We were able to spend more time with our family staying here over a hotel room. I was happy to find shampoo/conditioner and soap in each shower and beach towels for our use. "Great beach cottage with perfect location in walking distance to restaurants, shops, convenience store, etc. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. The beach is steps away from the front door of the cottage and is wonderful - far quieter than staying up the road at Clearwater Beach and the price can’t be beat. Would absolutely rebook this property in the future."
