"My room was like a small loft apartment. Pros: The hotel was conveniently located and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. The pool and fitness facilities were good. The free breakfast was plentiful and had a nice variety of food. Cons: The laundry machine was moldy and dirty. The kitchen had only 2 glasses and no dish soap, so I couldn’t wash anything."

I left two items at the rental property, but they only discovered one of them, and it just so happened to be a pair of expensive yoga pants. When I went to get my first item, they made me wait for approximately 20 minutes. But overall the hotel is great but bad part of town. "

"pool was not open while was burning hot outside. room needs renovation. there is a kitchen in the room but no microwave, only a mini fridge. staff was attentive and polite. location is great. could see dirt around the room. it needs better attention. "

"Un desastre este hotel. Luego de manejar 15 horas llegamos con la reserva 100% Paga y me dicen que no había ninguna reserva. Media hora despues encuentran la reserva y me dicen que tenia que pagar ahi cuando ya lo habia pagado el 100% por la pagina Hoteles.com, Incluso despues de mostrar el movimiento de la tarjeta de credito insistian en que tenia que pagar. 1 hora de espera en recepcion. Luego la habitacion es chica, con olor a Humedad. Sabanas manchadas. Te pica todo cuando te vas a dormir....

"Chuveiro não funciona direito, depois de um minuto a água fica fria! Não havia toalhas suficientes e quando pedimos nos deram toalhas rasgadas! O lençol da cama também estava rasgado, o tapete do banheiro estava sujo e não havia toalha de rosto. O quarto também estava sem acabamento em algumas partes e não havia cabides. Não vale a pena o preço, mesmo que mais barato por causa da localização."

"Very run down. First look up on the drive up. Broken skylight panels, fountain not working, pavers uneven. Pool was supposed to be the best part but was closed for maintenance the whole trip. Noisy maintenance work inside and out. Showers full of mold and missing grout. Very dated fixtures. Splintered wooden cabinetry. Poorly repaired walls. blackout curtains had holes. Musty smell in the rooms. Bedding was comfortable with nice pillows. Same breakfast choices everyday- adequate quality. Poor...
