Couple`s Cottage - Serene Getaway!
Enjoy the retreat of this tiny home tucked away in the back of a 50-acre gated equestrian farm in north Ocala. Couples have access to a private outdoor shower, can walk among the peaceful garden trail, and enjoy the presence of resident horses, goats, and farm cats. Guests will be greeted with a welcome packet containing organic, natural products made right here on the farm! Whether a quick weekend trip or an extended stay, book your farm retreat today!
This private oasis is a tiny house lover`s dream come true! This brand new cottage is complete with a queen-sized bed, bathroom, outdoor courtyard, fire pit, and garden. Filled with farm-made organic/natural products, guests can experience the luxury of the private outdoor shower, spacious living quarters, and peaceful serenity of this secluded property in north Ocala.
Guests have exclusive, private access to their cottage, their courtyard, and their outdoor shower.
The cottage is located on a working farm, so guests may share usage of the driveway and common areas around the horse and goat pasture.
The cottage is privately located in the back of a 50-acre equestrian farm. Guests will arrive at a private gated entrance and find themselves driving down a private road to the back of the farm surrounded by nature and tree lines.
The shower is located outdoors. Guests have exclusive, private access to their shower with complete privacy and peace of mind.
Guests have exclusive access to the fire pit located immediately near the Cottage. Guests are welcome to bring their own supplies (fire wood, etc.) or purchase fire wood, s’mores, and assorted beverages on-site during their stay.
Because the property is located on a working farm, there will be daily farm activities taking place. As a result, please be mindful of these rules:
-Please do not feed the horses or goats.
-Please note horse owners may be on the property. The driveway leading up to the property is to be shared with horse owners.
-Guest may only use the designated parking area during their stay.
-Guest agrees to refrain from entering fenced-in areas, pastures, and areas designated as non-guest areas.
Additional Guest Covenants and Conditions are as follows:
-Guest agrees that Property Manager and Property Manager’s agents will not be liable for any loss of or damage to any personal property in or on the rental premises or stored in rooms or places provided to Guest in connection therewith, nor will Property Manager or Property Manager’s agents or employees be liable to Guest, Guest`s family, guests, or agents for failure to repair or maintain any part of the rental premises or property contained therein absent gross negligence. Guest further agrees that neither Property Manager, nor Property Manager’s agents or employees will be liable for any damage to the personal property of the Guest, Guest`s family, guests, or agents arising from theft, vandalism, fire, water, rain, acts of God or government, interruption of utilities, acts of others or other third party or external causes whatsoever.
-Guest is responsible for and will indemnify the Property Manager and Property Manager’s agents and hold them harmless from any and all claims, liability, demands, actions, causes of action, expenses, damages, losses or injuries sustained by any person including Guest, Guest`s family, agents, guests or invitees as a result of or arising from the Guest`s subject occupancy and tenancy, including, but in no way limited to claims arising from the use of any pool, hot tub, spa-pool, water area or dock, which are part of the rental premises. Guest will also be liable and indemnify Property Manager for attorney`s fees and court costs incurred by Property Manager in enforcing any of the terms, covenants or conditions of this Rental Agreement or which are sustained by Property Manager as a result of or arising from or during Guest`s subject occupancy and tenancy.
-Guest agrees to responsible thermostat usage between 70° F and 78° F when set to cool.
-Guest agrees to responsible grill usage, including but not limited to using the grill cover when grill is not in use and once it has cooled.
