Ovviamente il personale è stato rapido nel risolvere ma ho visto una distribuzione delle camere totalmente a caso, senza fornire nessuna informazione. Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered.
