"The stay was lovely. The staff were excellent and met all our needs and gave us all we asked for.Saeed and Nour were very friendly and up to to point in everything. Rooms were clean and spacious. "The staff was amazing especially Abd El Hamid from housekeeping and Abd El Baset ( one of the chefs; he had Falafel prepared especially for me At breakfast), beach staff were brilliant. All staff were professional, friendly, helpful, smiley. Sea water was stunning, I had a sailing catamaran course with Mohamed Shaaban who was a genius. Thank you to all the staff and will definitely go back."
