"The apartment was dark and faced the restaurant with a high hedge opposite. The 2nd bedroom was in the apartment ceiling and the room was very dark. My daughter was not happy to sleep in it. It was also accessed by open slippery stairs. This was not described within the apartment details. If so, I would never have booked it.

"Excellent location to enjoy the beaches and restaurants of castiglione della Pescaia, and to drive to other nearby beaches and ports. The hotel has free car parking about 10min walk from the hotel.
Lovely hotel room with lots of space and a comfy bed. Very clean room and bathroom and useful kitchen facilities.
Could have done with more coat-hangers in the wardrobe, and they probably would have provided some if we'd bothered to ask!

"We loved our stay here and especially enjoyed the two spacious outdoor areas, perfect for enjoying meals and a drink at sunset.
While Nils was easy to communicate with and very helpful, we would have appreciated more detailed information about how various things worked (washer/dryer, tv, wifi ) as well as more basic kitchen items (olive oil, salt) and hand soap/more toilet paper .
But overall a really beautiful apartment in a very special place! "
