"All the staff was extremely helpful. Jayaire, the bartender in the lobby area was amazing. He came up with a special drink for us and it was a hit with several guests that asked what we were drinking. Other bartenders were not interested in learning it so we went elsewhere when he left daily at 5. He was amazing and made our trip even better. Best bartender!!"

"Everything about the Ritz was nice. The staff are the best part of resort. Friendly and eager to help out. If I had to complain about one thing, it would be the bathrooms around the resort...With the exception of the bathroom at Alora, none of them are airconditioned. Without air-conditioning, it get hits real hot, and the smell isnt pleasant either. "

"Got stuck in STT a couple of nights when flights were cancelled due to Hurricane Erin. Staff were very courteous and accommodating, even as they were at work during a Cat 5 instead of at home with their families. Parts of the island flooded and were without power, but the Emerald Beach Resort had a generator and felt very safe. The restaurant and bar were delicious, and we even got a chance to walk the beach and play in the pool after the storm passed. Conveniently located near the airport was a plus for those in our party flying standby. "

"Our flight got cancelled at Airport and Windward Passage was there to save the day. Rooms were simple, yet clean. Staff was very caring and although the neighborhood was decent, the property was helpful. "

"The beds in both rooms were great. We enjoy a firmer bed so they were just perfect. Plenty of restaurants and grocery store at the bottom of the hill and you can take a short taxi to additional options. The owners and management team were very thoughtful with the additional amenities within the unit!! We cooked breakfast and two dinners and had all the utensils. The coffee options were amazing!!"
