Blackhead Beach at Hallidays Point.

Slightly off the tourist track is this nestled piece of paradise. Pristine sandy beach which is easy to walk along, collect shells, walk to the volcanic rock formations which jut out to the left, and the sandstone rocks. Head right and you will discover rock pools with oceans living creatures waiting till the next high tide. See if you can spot an octopus or a Port Douglas Shark even star fish. 2 ocean pools which are cleaned regularly caters for Adults and children. A great surf beach.

"Not many places were you can take your dogs enjoy a swim in a pool and sleep in a teepee! Serenity ,Tepees ,Pool, Pony rides, Buggy rides, Pool table, Jukebox, private theatre room, wood fired pizzas and a pub down the road - what else could one want! Kids and Adults all had a fantastic week here despite level 4 water restrictions- it also taught us about the rural lifestyle in our own backyard. Highly recommend this experience. BTW the stars look amazing out here. "

Great Family Stay

"We will be returning to this park. The location and amenities were perfect and clean for our family for 4 nights. It was too cold for the aquatic activities in winter, but they had something for all ages. The main bed and single were great comfortable beds, however the bunk beds need their mattresses replaced. "
