"Moxies we great, rooms were nice and clean. The hottub was not looking too clean. Very murky."

"We always like the spaciousness of a Hampton room. However, staff and management seem to be unaware of things that should be attended to. The SINGLE armchair in our room was old, worn and uncomfortable. Why, in a Hampton? The desk chair simply wouldn't adjust, requiring two pillows on it for a short person to even reach the desk surface. Finally, there seemed to be no way to adjust either the temperature or the fan speed of the Amana wall air conditioner; noisier than expected, and not the temperature we would have preferred. Again. staff and maintenance should have been aware of this issue. Other than those minor things, it was a great stay at a Hampton, as usual."
