"As you enter the room you're greeted with pleasant, lakeside getaway decor and contemporary design elements that give way to a cozy breakfast nook and food prep area that met our needs for meals in or leftovers from meals out. It's a corner unit so there are a lot of windows for fresh air and fans to move the air in lieu of AC. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Bayfield and especially in this unit!"

"It would have been nice to have two chairs in the room. One sitting on the floor or bed and one on the chair was cumbersome. And as we do not have cable at home, directions on how the Direct TV works would have been helpful."

"Good location for anyone wanting a middle of town walkable get away. We were looking for a little bit of everything, lake views, near food, near shopping, acess to Superior lake walking trail, and this place fulfilled. Nice natural lighting. For being a smaller space it felt large. Basic kitchen tools helped make the kitchen feel practical to use. Loved the bonus coffee!"

"Great location but was very small. Also, the controls for the heat were not good. The small quarters was abundantly too warm."

"My wife and I stayed for a long weekend and had a great time. Brookside Hideaway was a great place for us as it was the right size and distance from all the places we wanted to visit. Bed was comfortable and the whole space was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay great. Will consider again for our next visit to Bayfield!"

"Perfect location for 2 families with tweens and teens who want accessibility to stores and restaurants. Same for the adults! Loved getting to know the shop owners and islanders. Super quick drive to Big Bay State Park and city park for the beautiful hikes, ledgerock climbs and vistas. We will be back!"

"Lots of pros: Great location with easy walking distance to everything. Roku remote to access personal streaming accounts. Water pressure and temps were amazing. HUGE tub. Fabulous ammenities/toiletries. Bathroom lighting is superb and allowed me to find blemishes and chin hairs I was previously unaware of. Might have been nice to knows: Didn't hear jets in tub weren't working until supplied with check in code. (That was the reason my husband wanted that room.) Steps are narrow and fairly...

"What an amazing trip - clean, safe, perfect location! Such an awesome stay and ideal accommodations where you can walk to all the best shops, restaurants, even the ferry! Only inaccuracy I would say is it says technically it sleeps 5 I believe which definitely would be a stretch. Only one bed, a pull out couch and I believe a pull out chair situation. But worked great for 3 adults!"

"I enjoyed how quiet the area was at night. Walking my dog along the marina each morning was a highlight. The place was clean and as described. Perfect place near Bayfield to stay and see the sights. I would stay again."
