Melina on the Reception Desk was extremely helpful and assisted us with so many of our questions. Eziquel, also went the extra distance is assisting us. Housekeeping did a magnificent job in servicing our room. The breakfast in the Verdot Restaurant is superb and there is a wide choice of hot and cold foods. Also the waitstaff in Verdot were excellent, with special mention for Axel, who assisted us every morning with our coffee orders. Lzuya, Zoe and Meli, were always so pleasant on a morning and assisted us with our breakfasts. The Mio is set in a great location in Recoleta, with easy walking to nearby cafes, shops and restaurants. "
