Just 100 meters from the Hippocampus Project, 300 meters from Esperança Street (Vila de Porto), pedestrian street where the main shops, bars, restaurants and attractions are located. Since the beginning of the pedonai street, there are only 300 meters from the beach and the natural pools.

The condo is just 300 meters from the only gas station in Porto, as well as taxi and bus stops.
