"The self check-in facility wasn't working and it took 30 minutes and phone conversations with 3 people before a very helpful lady was able to assist. Another guest spoke to us during that time to say he'd had trouble checking in 3 days earlier and had not had any wifi access at all for his stay. "Als Familie mit total 9 Leuten haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in der Hirschberghütte sehr genossen. Die Hütte ist sehr gut ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche. Auch der Tischfussball-Kasten hat bei allen für eine Menge an Spassmomenten gesorgt. Gerne empfehle ich die Hütte weiter und freue mich darauf wiederzukommen. Einen herzlichen Dank gilt auch den Gastgebern, welche sehr freundlich und unkompliziert waren."

"Pros- beds were comfortable, it was quiet, full kitchen was great, self check-in went smoothly. Cons- some overlooked areas in cleaning- smears of something on walls and picture frames, a dirty cooking pot, etc. The main problem was the shower. While it looked very nice, it was poorly designed.
