"From start to finish, this was the perfect place to stay if you want to be on/near the royal mile. The room was superb. Perfect accommodation for our needs. It was clean, spacious enough for the three of us. The staff was friendly. Safe entry. Although we did not buy into the breakfast option, it smelled delicious and the dining area looked fabulous. The shops near by were abundant. It was fairly quiet. Our room was facing a thruway/ally/close and the trash men pick up trash at 10:30 pm. We would come back again for sure! "

"We stayed for 2 nights , our first ever trip to London, First day room door keypad malfunctioned and no cold water, so you couldn’t take shower without burning yourself later it got resolved, woke up next day no running water and couldn’t flush the toilet or do anything so we left the room and had to use restrooms at the restaurant nearby and continue our sightseeing. Only positive was the customer service was quick to reply to a text. "

"Right in the centre of Edinburgh, close to everything. Beautiful hotel, we had an artists vista room which was plenty big enough for the both of us. Great amenities with snacks and drinks included in the room. Dyson Hairdryer and Ghd straighteners in the room also. We will 100% be back to this hotel. Also shout out to the staff who were very friendly and helpful. Zero complaints. "

"The Hotel is amazing! STAY is really well located, the staff is helpfull and the room is great. Also, the bar is really cool to spend some time when you come back from visiting the city. If I'm ever blessed with coming back to Edinburgh again, I will totally stay there again!"
