"The room was clean, the bed comfortable. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The location is good: easy in and out from the highway, yet quiet, in a rural setting. We had an accessible room, and the shower had a built-in seat, which I appreciated. We've stayed there before, and always found it to be a great place to stay."

"We had a magical winter wonderland weekend at the Caboose! Our train loving 5 yr old was so excited about staying in a train. Really beautiful spot out in western valleys of WI, almost feels like being in the mountains. Was very peaceful and relaxing to watch the snow fall from the hot tub. If you love coffee, would recommend bringing your own reusable K-cup or French press as the caboose only has a small keurig machine. Also, the beds are a bit worn down, can feel coils in the futon mattress...

"We had a great stay at Driftless Creek. Rodney was helpful, friendly, and happy to provide advice about the grounds and nearby Viroqua. Also very quick to plow/salt/sand the driveway after a night’s snow. Towhee was a gorgeous, well-appointed little cabin, perfect for two. We could both imagine being there in the summer with it’s fantastic screened in porch overlooking the forest. Loved this place! We will be back. Thank you! "
