A really comfortable property. Lovely big beds, everything you need. Fabulous pool and garden. Sigrid ( owner) was great at communicating before we arrived and was very helpful and considerate. A truly lovely place to stay.

This is a wonderful property, in a quiet and charming village setting. The house is spacious and well equipped, and the pool is great (heated and good quality). Sigrid was a super friendly host and was always helpful and responsive. We would happily return!

Sigrid was very welcoming and helpful while respecting our privacy. We had a nice welcome gift of wine and foie gras and she brought us the best tomatoes and figs we have ever had. Everything you could possibly need was at the villa and Sigrid’s attention to detail was obvious. Thank you Sigrid

Nous avons passé un super moment en famille dans cette superbe maison, lumineuse, spacieuse et bien agencée. Quel plaisir de prendre son petit-déjeuner sous la tonnelle face à la piscine, vue sur la campagne environnante. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de Sigrid, ses précieuses recommandations de balades et visites. Même notre berger américain a bien profité de ces vacances 👌👍 Nous remercions chaleureusement Sigrid et Jean-Paul.

Die letzten beiden Wochen hatten wir eine wunderschöne, erholsame Zeit in diesem wunderbaren Haus, das alles hatte was man braucht um richtig relaxen zu können! Das haus liegt auf einem großen Grundstück mit einem schön angelegten Garten und einem Swimmingpool. Die Vermieterin Sigrid ist eine nette, angenehme und hilfsbereite Frau, die uns mit einem Glas ihres eigenen Imkerhonig empfangen hat.wir sind begeistert und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

For us this property was ideal, the location on the outskirts of a little village right in the heart of the vineyards of the area but with a short drive of 6 mins to the hypermarket for all our grocery or further needs, alternatively there are the many markets in the villages and towns of the area, there was one for every day of the week with beautiful produce. Sigrid was an excellent host and gave us tips for places to visit, eat and buy wine and we went to them all and would do them all again. We had a fantastic family holiday with perfect weather.

Nous avons passé une super semaine de repos dans cette belle maison. L'accueil a été très chaleureux et la propriétaire nous a conseillé de bonnes adresses (restos et achats). La maison est belle, bien entretenue, bien équipée et la piscine est très agréable. A noter que l'on a apprécié d'avoir la clim pour rafraichir la maison lors des ces très chaudes journées d'été. Das Ferienhaus zählt definitiv zu unseren Favoriten was die Ausstattung, Aufteilung, Platz und Sauberkeit angeht. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieterin Sigrid war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und überraschte uns mit leckeren Honig von Ihren eigenen Bienen. Die Lage ermöglicht es nahezu absolute Ruhe zu haben, die Grillen scheinen das auch zu wissen und machen sich bei Einbruch der Dunkelheit um so mehr bemerkbar. Dazu ein atemberaubender Sternenhimmel. Einfach idyllisch. Das Wetter hat leider nicht ganz während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes mitgespielt, (das Wasser im beheizten Pool war teilweise wärme wie die Luft) dafür haben wir dann mehr Zeit für Ausflüge in die nähere und auch weitere Umgebung gehabt. Landschaftlich ist es eine schöne Gegend mit vielen sehr alten Dörfern und Städtchen die zudem über gut zu befahrene Strassen erreichbar sind. Der Wein und das Essen tun ihr übriges um einfach mal abzuschalten und zu geniessen.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil chaleureux et la discrétion de la propriétaire Sigrid. La maison était très propre et très bien équipée. La proximité de Bergerac et de ses vignobles nos a permis de faire plusieurs découvertes. Nous recommandons assurément cette location.

Location de très bonne qualité. Hôtes très chaleureux qui vous accueillent avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Équipement complet de la maison pour passer un excellent séjour au calme dans la verdure et la tranquillité de Razac. Vous pouvez cuisiner ( ou pas), faire un barbeQ, vous balader sur les sentiers de randonnée autour séduire village où jouer au Golf des Viguiers. La piscine apporte un peu de fraîcheur dans la chaleur de l'été. Nous avons beaucoup aprecié les aperos en soirée autour de la piscine pendant les longues journées de juillet. Une très bonne adresse pour des vacances détendues.

Maison très agréable , décorée avec goût . Cuisine spacieuse avec tout le nécessaire comme à la maison . Grandes chambres avec du rangement et une bonne literie . Nous avons apprécié les lits faits à l'arrivée . Extérieur très bien entretenu et bien fleuri . La propriétaire nous a très bien accueilli et son miel maison est délicieux Courses à proximité , un peu loin des sites touristiques mais on sent tellement bien dans cette maison qu'on n'a pas trop envie de bouger Je recommande le marché d'Issigeac le dimanche matin très sympa et le golf des vigiers

Belle maison au calme , au milieu des vignes et à quelques minutes des commerces (Sainte Foy la Grande et Bergerac), très bon confort, accueil convivial, propriétaire très attentionnée et discrète. Pour ajouter au plaisir, la piscine chauffée et le miel de la propriétaire. Nous y avons passé une semaine de charme et nous recommandons cette location. Claude Thomas.

Cet endroit c'est la très belle maison louée par Sigrid et Jean-Paul à Razac de Saussignac, ce joli village du Perigord pourpre. Tout d'abord un grand merci à Sigrid et Jean-Paul pour leur accueil chaleureux et fort sympathique. La maison est superbe et bien équipée, la propreté est irréprochable, la piscine et les terrasses sont très agréables et le jardin fleuri absolument magnifique. La région est elle aussi très belle et nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un temps magnifique. Bref un très bon séjour dans un lieu particulièrement agréable. Un tout petit bémol sur la connexion wifi, accessible seulement depuis le jardin. Gilles&Laurent

Deze zomer verbleven wij met onze kinderen een eerste maal in Bergerac. Het werd een super vakantie. Het huis is volledig uitgerust en het zwembad met zonneterras maakt het helemaal af. Het feit dat er geen onmiddellijke buren noch inkijk is, zorgt voor een aangename privacy. De centrale ligging maakt dat heel wat bezienswaardigheden vlot bereikbaar zijn. Onze gastvrouw was uiterst hartelijk en gedienstig. De kinderen hebben genoten van haar vele huisdieren en haar boeiende uitleg over o.a. haar bijen. De verblijfplaats is een echte aanrader.

Nous y venons depuis 3 ans. Sigrid & Jean-Paul ne sont plus seulement les propriétaires mais ils sont devenus de vrais amis que l'on a un immense plaisir à retrouver chaque année.Si vous recherchez le calme & la vue cette maison vous donnera toute satisfaction; Repos assuré au bord de la piscine. Décoration soignée & maison parfaitement aménagée.

Nous avons à nouveau passé deux merveilleuses semaines de calme. La location offre une très belle vue sur la campagne vallonnée environnante. Le lieu est baigné de lumière du levé au couché du soleil. La maison spacieuse, de plain pied et indépendante est parfaitement équipée, aussi bien pour le quotidien, que pour les divertissements. Sans parler de l’appréciable piscine et de ses abords ; Ainsi que du jardin très fleuri entourant la maison. On s’y sent immédiatement bien. Un endroit idéal, avec en plus un contact chaleureux et amical des propriétaires.

Séjour d'une dizaine de jours, famille de 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 adolescents) Un grand merci à Sigrid et à Jean-paul pour leur accueil chaleureux et attentionné. La maison est un véritable havre de paix, bien équipée et aménagée avec goût. Nous avons profité sans modération de la belle piscine entretenue à la perfection, chaque jour, par la maîtresse de maison. La région est magnifique et c'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons profiter de la douce quiétude de Razac de Saussignac. Ein wunderbares, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit 100% Privatsphäre. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und unseren Urlaub genossen. Sehr gepflegter schöner Pool mit toller Terrasse und mit schönen Holzmöbeln ausgestattet. Sehr ruhige Lage, man hört nur die Grillen, den Pirol, Kuckuck und den Wiedehopf. Schöne hügelige Landschaft, kleine Dörfer, sehr gut ausgeschildert. Die Gegend ist optimal zum Fahrradfahren, mit Rennrad oder Mountainbike, es gibt viele kleine Straßen mit sehr wenig Verkehr. Sigrid und ihr Mann sind sehr herzliche Eigentümer und wir freuen uns schon auf ein Wiedersehen. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Vielen Dank ! Jana, Michael und Batuuli aus Deutschland

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette maison magnifique. La pièce de vie est spacieuse, la maison est très bien équipée, on s'y sent tout de suite à l'aise. Le petit plus est la terrasse située près de la piscine, où des transats confortables vous tendent les bras pour un repos au soleil. L'accueil des propriétaires est chaleureux et Sigrid vous renseigne sur tous les aspects pratiques pouvant vous aider durant votre séjour. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir très vite car cette région est splendide et il nous reste encore beaucoup de choses à découvrir...

La maison est très agréable car tournée vers l’extérieur et face à la piscine ce qui invite à la baignade à chaque instant . La pièce de vie est spacieuse et nous avons apprécié la cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnelle. C'est une maison étudiée pour les vacances et on s'y sent tout de suite bien ! Tous les commerces sont à 5 minutes en voitures et la région est superbe . Il y a une table d’hôte extraordinaire indiquée par Sigrid , inoubliable !!!!
