"It was very nice stayed for two nights "

"The desk clerk at check-in was extremely friendly and welcoming. Our room request was met a d there were no problems. The room was comfortably and met our needs. The bed was a nit soft for my comfort, but not so much that I couldn't sleep. The toilet tissue was mounted so low that I always ripped off more than needed. With the towel rack mounted in the shower, there was no place to hang the towels while one was showering. The nreakfast selection was a little lacking. All tableware was disposable which is not very eco-friendly. They offered hot oatmeal, but no bowls the eat ot from; we used the hot cups. I missed waffles that most hotels offer."

"Staff is super pleasant, convenient location to all our stops, everything is within walking distance. The hotel has a great restaurant. Easy access to nearby dining and entertainment. This is my second stay here, and I have made it my go-to hotel in Providence! "

"Property shows its age. Can see water stains on ceiling ,mix matched toilets, old lamps and furniture, old carpet!! It needs a make over! The staff were very pleasant, helpful and professional!"
