Location near I10 and in general a clean facility. They allowed my dog, costs an extra $15 per night. House keeping was very nice. There have been remodeling done in sleeping area, beds were too high and hard. The bath area, although clean, there was rust on door jamb, the ceiling over the tub had large cracks in ceiling tiles and mold. All in, the stay was quiet, room was clean and tidy. I would stay again.

The bedding appeared new and was very comfortable. The woman at the desk was very kind and helpful. The room was missing a lampshade on the desk light and a cockroach jumped out of the air conditioner early evening.

Every thing was very accommodating. Room was clean. The only thing that I didn’t think was tiptop was the AC unit. It wasn’t too cool in the room. But other than that, everything was wonderful including the staff

You get what you pay for, and this is a good value for the cost. Night desk girl was present and polite. The room adequate. Then location clean, safe and convenient I would rate 5 stars except for: misleading advertising - There was no breakfast. Coffee and juice only. Mold in the corners of the bathroom (otherwise clean). Air vent cover missing in the bathroom.

Upon entering the building it smelled. Had I not booked on the way to hotel, I would had cancelled upon walking into lobby. Later when we able to go to our rooms after 3, the bathroom was in poor condition. The bottom of the tub was all rusted, hole in the ceiling on top of the tub, rusted toilet paper holder, rusted bathroom door frame. The only new thing they had was the floor. The bed was decent.

Three nights booked that almost became two - not by our choice. Came back to hotel late from funeral on our last night to find our keys no longer unlocked stairway. Got to our room and found beds stripped, a few dirty linens and towels on the floor and no clean towels. My request for help was met with "housekeeping can fix that in the morning". I asked for another cleaned room. I was told that "I was not booked for another night". I explained that we were booked for another night and could provide proof. After two more rooms were offered (broken TV's), I finally was given a working and "clean" room. Rooms were clean but all other corners of this property were surprisingly dirty and run down/damaged inside and out. Tire puncturing debris was scattered in parking lots. I had to watch my step on outside of property to avoid what looked like "pet business" in walkways and around front pillars at entrance. Many half-painted chairs and mess took up some of front lot for entire visit. No breakfast as advertised, only coffee (was good, though!). No room for breakfast if there was any. Dining room had no tables. If it did, they were buried. Dining room was full of personal belongings, tools and a bicycle. Collectively with the combination of clutter, mess and room confusion - this was the worst experience I have had at a "national chain" hotel in all my years of business and personal travel. I will definitely be willing to spend more to stay somewhere else next time in this area. Yuk.

The reason I got the room is bc my power. Is off at home and I've been sick. So I asked him at the desk to make sure there was a working heater in room even tho he was super rude already.. the heater broken. The phone broken. I had my privacy tag on door when I got back from ice machine maid was smoking in my room said our room was cancelled.. I want my money back
