"This property is not managed, and it shows. Poor service, broken AC, no manager ever available, saw a pill in elevator and under my sink, hung up on by front desk when calling about the AC, people loitering late at night in the parking lot, no security, understaffed. On top of that, I was double billed and the manager won’t take calls to credit their mistake. Wyndham says they are a franchisee and won’t assist either. Terrible experience, do not recommend."

"It’s a 3 star property at best. The exterior looks very nice, but the beds are extremely dated, both of the beds in my room, felt like you were sleeping on the side of a mountain and the air conditioners need to be serviced and or completely replaced. "I will not stay here again. I have to travel to KC every few months and wanted to try something new. Big mistake! Clerk never greeted us. Just asked for name and phone number. Clerk wore gloves that he was doing something in, and asked for my ID , he didn’t even take the gloves off. Yikes. Then he never said please or thank you. Very rude.
