"The Markus - Wow! Merci pour un merveilleux séjour!! My husband and I stayed her for a night and arrived early morning. Every single person we interacted with was so lovely. The coffee shop is so convenient and the patio is lovely - petit déjeuner was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed and thebstag was extremely helpful in giving us recommendations and showing us where to go. The hotel is very conveniently located close enough to walk from the Gare and close to lots of restaurants, shops, the tram and the blue line to walk the sights! We absolutely loved Angers and the Markus and will be back for sure!!"

Located within walking distance of everything in beautiful Angers but very quiet as it’s in the University zone. There’s a supermarket minutes away as are lovely walks along the river to the château. The room itself was pristine and comfortable. Ticked all my boxes and hope to return again next year."

"What a lovely place! We were met by Pascal the concierge who was delightful - very patient with my average French-speaking skills, and gave us great tips for the area. The room was more like a mini apartment set over two floors - our kids loved the cosy setup. Everything was spotless with tea, coffee etc provided in the room, and additional Nespresso options available in a communal area nearby (which had space for dining etc if you wanted to make use of the facilities). We only stayed 1 night but would love to return for a longer visit next time we are in Angers. "
