Booked through TropicLook, was advised we needed to pay electricity, but told agent this was not advised when booked. Told we had a limit of 20KW per day. Stayed 14 days didn't use all power. The room is too small, smells humidity, the bed is not good at all otherwise when it's raining the water gets into the corridor and I had 2 times the electricity off during 2 hours. I have to the water and electricity bill which is not included."
