The 52m² apartment is located on the 6th and top floor (2 elevators) and offers a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea and the Romagna coast all the way to San Marino from its 15m² balcony.

The master bedroom has a 1.60m x 2.00m double bed and a door leading to the balcony.

The children's room has 3 single beds (2 of which are built as a bunk bed).

The open-plan kitchen/living area offers a sofa bed, a dining table for 6 people, and a door to the balcony. A stove with 3 burners and an oven is available for your use. Kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and dishes as well as cutlery and glasses are provided.

The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, bidet, and a washing machine.

There is a car parking space in the enclosed parking area behind the building.

A bicycle rental is located on the ground floor of the building.

The beach is 300m away. The nearest restaurant is directly across the street, and many more are within walking distance. A large discount supermarket (Lidl) is approximately 600m away.

The town center can be reached in a 5-minute walk and offers numerous cafés, ice cream parlors, restaurants, and shops.

A bus stop for the bus to Ravenna is directly in front of the building (travel time approx. 30 minutes).

Please note that the local municipality charges a tourist tax of €1.50 per night per person over the age of 14. This is capped at a maximum of 5 nights and must be paid on site.
