"This is a great place to stay in the summer if you prefer to be a little outside of the bustle of South Fork. 10 miles south of town, it gives you an easy drive either way to Creede for summer theatre and events, or to Pagosa Springs. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchens, and a nice hot tub to relax in after long days."

"Nice, big room. Good value. We had a dog and found the dog walk area lacking- mostly from lazy owners too lazy to clean up even though baggies are provided. The other side of that is, it appeared the motel staff hadn’t cleaned up in quite a while either. Another negative was the apartment over our room had dogs that ran and jumped around the apartment until midnight and started again early morning- too loud to sleep."

"We rented the Picabo and The Nest for us and our two adult daughters and we had such an amazing time. The cabins are so well setup with all needed dishes, coffee pots and filters, and even electric stove to plug in if not using wood stove. The bathhouse was so close, clean and well stocked. The river was just a walk down a short path away and the whole experience was hands down one of my favorites. Thank you to the hosts for having such a great place to getaway."
