"I booked a double room with 1 double bed for 3 nights and it was very solid. Bathroom was nice, bed was great. TV options were underwhelming but not a dealbreaker. Getting out of the building from my room was difficult the first time because one lift doesn’t connect you right to the reception on the 4th floor while the other did. Overall, very good experience that aligns with the price paid"

"The breakfast was great. They had Greek style yogurt, which I really like, and they had nice fruit and pastries, and an also a menu that you could order from with great porridge and waffles. The staff was very helpful and they were always to be found in the hallway. My room was very, very clean and I always had cookies waiting by my coffee pot. :-) The only negative thing I can say is they did not have outlets on both sides of the bed only on one side, but other than that everything was perfect. It had a bathtub and a shower and a fan was in our room before we got there. This is a great place to stay. The location is fabulous."

"The stand out was the service. Friendly staff and excellent service. Room service was speedy and if you had breakfast included there was no extra charge. We had an issue with our TV and someone was there within 2 mins. The amenities in the bathroom smelt gorgeous. Loved the variety in the mini bar. Good size mugs for a cuppa. Only down side was the water pressure in the shower."

"I went with the bunk bed room despite being a solo traveller and was apprehensive cause I just needed a single but the bottom bunk had a little lamp and curtain so at the end of the night it felt like I was being wrapped up in a little nest - bedding so good I didn’t like my bed at home when I went back 😂"
