"This property is in a great location and in the old town area. Old town itself is very nice but there are lots of steep roads. Definitely not an are for the mobility challenged. The same goes for this property. Be aware that there is no elevator and the steps are very narrow and steep. The room has good kitchen facilities and the bread basket that is provided in the morning is very nice. There is yoghurt, juice and milk in the refrigerator. In general it was a nice stay."

"My wife and I only stayed here one night on our way through Clermont-Ferrand and we are so glad we did! Located high up in the hills surrounding Clermont, this is a gorgeous Chambres d'Hotes! Despite arriving late, we were promptly greated by our exceptionally friendly host Julien, who was wonderful in showing us to our room and was very kind in being willing to speak to us in English since we don't speak French very well. "A bit of a mixed bag, the hosts were great and welcoming. I guess as it was just out of season the advertised restaurant / bar was not in operation. A bit of a remote location and a 20 minute drive to get food in the evening. Breakfast was great and delivered with a personal touch."

We were given no access codes to enter, and there was noone on site! Finally answered his phone after several attempts and gave us the code. "Wonderful! The landlady was extremely welcoming. She provided a bed and all kinds of toys for our baby daughter. The room was cosy, the living space and kitchen well-equipped. The breakfast was copious and good as well. We felt actually a bit guilty to get all of this for what we paid."
