The apartment really is as advertised and Pascal and his family are very friendly. I was a bit worried because they told us they only do check-ins on Saturday until 6p.m. but fortunately the traffic wasn't too bad and we made it well in time. "We had a lovely holiday at the house. The caretaker unfortunately only spoke French, but somehow we managed to communicate. Not sure we always understood each other but this did not lead to any issues, fortunately. If you are looking for a well set up house near the beach with a promenade, then look no further.
