"Viehhofen war ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren, Bergwanderungen, Klettertouren, Badeaktivitäten nahe Zell am See und Umgebung und vieles mehr. Auch unternahmen wir schöne Ausflüge nach Salzburg, zum Königsee nach Berchtesgaden oder zur Hochalpenstraße, wo wir den Blick auf den Großglockner und viele weitere Dreitausender genossen. "Beautiful scenery, cosy house, great amenities (e.g. small and well-equiped kitchen) great house for families with good views (mountain views). It is a quiet place and neighborhood if you want to relax from city life. Very friendly and responsive host that will answer all your questions to the best of his ability. The house is quite dusty when we checked in on day 1. Overall it was a pleasant stay and would recommend it for families."

"We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment at The House for a recent ski trip with the family. The apartment was clean & spacious and rooms were large enough. All the facilities were there to make breakfasts & dinner. Great location, literally a 3 minute walk to the City Express Gondola, where you can leave your rental skis in the depot and your ski boots in a 3 Euro/day boot locker. The only real down side was the cost of breakfast at 22 Euros per person per day, a bit steep so we bought food in from...

Modern Hotel in a Great Location
"Harry’s is a great spot. A modern look in a quaint and breathtaking town. It was in a great location with easy access to Burg Hohenwerfen, the Sound of Music Trail and the Ice Cave. Check in was quick and easy but make sure to pay attention to their hours of operation. The room was clean and comfortable and spacious with a second bedroom with privacy. We even had a patio. My only warning is there’s a train station nearby and without knowing it, the cleaning staff left the window open a crack and I could hear the trains and cars whooshing by. Make sure the window is closed! There is also a great ATM across the street which was a great place to get euros without additional fees. A great place to enjoy beautiful Werfen! "
