"Leider gab es mehrerer Dinge, die einfach heutzutage nicht passieren sollten. 1) Bei Ankunft war niemand da. Kein Schlüssel. Keine Info wie man reinkommt. Wir haben sehr lange versucht irgend jemanden telefonisch zu erreichen. 2) Der Hausflur stank extrem und war sehr verschmutzt. 3) Die Ferienwohnung war nicht Grund gereinigt. Schmutzige Betten, Handtücher. Wir mussten die Wohnung 2h verlassen um erst einmal eine Reinigung zu bekommen. Was sehr belastend für uns war da wir eine weite Anreise...

"Via VRBO contact met eigenaar/beheerder van het appartement. Deze dame gaf aan dat het appartement niet geschikt was voor een gezin terwijl er toch 2 eenpersoons en 1 tweepersoonsbed aanwezig waren. Ze bood ons een ander appartement aan met twee kamers in een beter deel van Mainz. Mee akkoord gegaan. Het bleken kamers te zijn met gedeelde badkamer en keuken. Bij aankomst werden we erop attent gemaakt dat na 19.00 u s avonds absoluut stil moest zijn. (Daarvan waren we vooraf niet op de hoogte...
