"Rooms were good size but no elevator had to carry luggage up the stairs no vending machine there is a community pool down the street which u had to pay for but was very nice staff was great spoke English very well and were very helpful had a great time"

"The air conditioned is small so it doesn’t not cool the apartment. You can open the windows (if you visited the city during a pandemic xtrem heat warning like we did) but then the noises of cars, people and emergency vehicles won’t let you sleep. But even with that we really like the service and the room!!"

"The unit is located in a beautiful area and we found the propertywith no problem, but checking in was a problem. Staff are only around until early afternoon and the codes we were given when we did self check in didn't work. By pure chance, a staff member came by later in the afternoon and was able to give us the correct room number and code to get in."

Step outside to gentle walking paths and open sky that invite you to slow down and reconnect with nature. A simple, beautiful escape. Deutsch Das Berghotel Kristall wirkt vom ersten Moment an beruhigend, eingebettet in eine ruhige Landschaft mit weitem Blick.
