The girls at the reception were too busy chatting with eachother and did not give us any useful information about how to register the car sign. We managed by ourselves using google and AI, otherwise if we followed their "advice" we would have to pay a huge fee.

"The hotel is in need of refurbishment to say the least the bar area was disgusting seats broken only bottles as pumps not working and dirty glasses infact the hotel should be condemned.
The only saving grace was the staff and the breakfast the staff were polite,friendly and helpful especially Annie who made breakfast service a pleasure.
Disappointing that hotels.com have this on there web site as im sure if they sent an inspector they would not recommend this hotel I for one will not be...
