amazing service! nice clean rooms every day and 2 bottles of free water daily with some coffees and tea! for us it was a perfect location! not too far away from old Phuket town and a quick scooter ride to a bunch of beautiful beaches! Oh and the price cant be beat for what your getting as well! super recommend to anyone traveling to Phuket!

I had to change rooms because the smell in the rooms is something unacceptable, it smells of humidity, I know they have nothing to do with it. But when you have an allergy, it's very difficult. So I visited three rooms before finding one where it smelled more or less better.

The window needed to be repaired so it can be locked. There was no microwave, doors did not look very solid, no utensils, there was a waste water chamber lid that was not properly secured and my wife fell in and injured herself. The hotel did help to buy medication and take my wife to doctors, but we checked out early.

For the price this was a good room for a few days. It was clean, the staff gave us extra pillows upon request, and they even changed the bed mattress for a softer one. The only drawback is that the bathroom window is always open without the option to close it. This allows for more noise to be heard. This is annoying especially at night.

Amazing place

Everything was wonderful, authentic area too, lovely bed, balcony, shower, fridge and ac. Close to bus terminal 2 if you’re going to Bangkok or the islands.

We loved staying here because it was not in a real touristy area. We walked down the street and found Son Coffee .. a delightful little local restaurant. Great Pad Thai. AJs was very comfortable and the view from the 7th floor balcony was out to the sea and islands as well as the local shops. Recommended for those who want an urban experience.

SÃĐjour de dÃĐtente pendant 6 jours

La chambre est grande et spacieuse mais le lit ÃĐtait trop dure pour mon dos. J'avais rÃĐservÃĐ une chambre avec un petit salon mais ces chambres se trouvant à proximitÃĐ de la rue ou il y a beaucoup de trafic, j'ai demandÃĐ Ã  ce que l'on me fournisse une chambre la plus ÃĐloignÃĐe de la route mÊme si celle ci n'avait pas de salon. Ce que l'on m'a fourni sans problÃĻme. J'ai vu seulement des ThaÃŊlandais dans cet hÃītel un peu retirÃĐ, mais comme j'avais une motocyclette cela ne m'a pas posÃĐ de problÃĻme pour me dÃĐplacer. Il y a un grand magasin Big C à environ 1 kilomÃĻtres de cet hÃītel avec un KFC et d'autres commerce à proximitÃĐ. La douche est chaude mais le jet d'eau est un peu saccadÃĐ. La blacon est trÃĻs petit mais il y a un ÃĐviter et deux barre pour pendre son linge mouillÃĐ ainsi qu'une machine à laver au rez de chaussÃĐe au niveau de la rÃĐception qui est trÃĻs chaleureuse. J'y suis restÃĐ 6 jours et seul un soir vers 2 heures du matin des clients ont fait du bruit pendant une petite demie heure. Plusieurs chaines de tÃĐlÃĐvision en anglais et des films internationaux mais je n'ai pas vu TV 5 monde. La lumiure est consÃĐquente mais trop faible aussi je laissais la porte de la salle de bain ouverte avec les deux ampoules allumÃĐes pour rendre l'atmosphÃĻre plus chaude et sereine.

La chambre est grande et confortable mais le lit est assez dure. Il est prÃĐfÃĐrable de demander une chambre la plus ÃĐloignÃĐe possible de la route à l'opposÃĐ car il y a beaucoup de circulation routiÃĻre et c'est parfois trÃĻs bruyant avec les grosses cylindrÃĐes ( motocyclettes ). Plusieurs chaines de tÃĐlÃĐvision avec de la neige. AJ RÃĐsidence n'est pas reconnu par google maps qui trouve seulement AJ Presidence. Il faut consulter le mail d'hotels.com confirmation la rÃĐservation puis cliquer sur la carte routiÃĻre se trouvant sur ce mail pour accÃĐder normalement à google maps pour cet hotel. J'ai galÃĐrÃĐ deux fois en cinq jours pour retrouver mon hotel la nuit car parfois gmail.com ne veut pas fonctionner en dehors de l'hÃītel. HÃītel calme la nuit sauf une fois pendant dix minutes à 2 h 00 du matin avec un couple. L'eau de la doute est saccadÃĐe mais chaude et le dÃĐbit moyen. Les serviettes sont de bonne qualitÃĐ. Un coca cola m'a ÃĐtÃĐ offert lors de mon arrivÃĐe en plus des deux bouteilles d'eau NestÃĐ tous les jours fournies gracieusement.
